White-label

The commercial terms,
in full.

The homepage covers why a charter beats building, and Products covers what each platform does. This page is the contract side: what you get for the subscription, what stays ours, what the model usage costs, and what happens when you leave.

Prices, terms, setup fees and credit allowances are served by the Famitek Registry catalog and confirmed at checkout. Every purchase action opens Registry, which owns entitlements; nothing on famitek.com creates a payment session.

The arrangement

What a charter is.

Plain terms, so nothing here arrives as a surprise after you sign.

What a charter includes
  • A licence to run one finished platform under your own company name, logo, colours and domain.
  • Your own Stripe account. Your customers pay you directly, at prices you set, and you keep 100% of it.
  • A monthly subscription per platform, paid to Famitek, plus metered model usage.
  • Production support from the team that built the software, and the playbooks other charters have tested.
  • Cancellable with 30 days’ notice, with a defined process for the customers you have already signed.
  • Yours to run as an independent business — your offer, your market, your pricing.

The division of labour

What we run. What you bring.

The technology page breaks the stack into its six layers. This is the short version, in commercial terms.

Famitek runs

The application and its roadmap, servers, databases, backups, monitoring, patching and incident response, security, the agent and memory layer, and product-level support for you and your team.

You bring

Your company name, logo, domain, content and images, your prices, your Stripe account and your customers. We do the production work on the branding with you rather than handing you a checklist.

Shared

Model usage. You either connect your own provider key, or use ours and are billed the provider’s published rate plus tax, with no margin added.

Provisioning, in order

  1. Your Registry subscription starts, and the branded account on the selected platform is provisioned without charging that platform’s normal account price again.
  2. Stripe runs its own onboarding and identity checks on your business. It becomes the merchant of record for your customers’ payments.
  3. We produce the brand layer with you — logo, colours, content, images, domain — and verify it reads as your company before it goes live.
  4. You open the doors. Famitek does not market your business, list it, or approach your customers.

Model costs

You are never marked up on tokens.

Language models are the one cost that scales with how hard your customers use the product. We do not bury it in the subscription and price for the worst case. Three modes, chosen per platform.

Bring your key

Connect your own provider account. The provider bills you at their price. We meter it and show you the running total, and charge you nothing for it.

Metered through us

We meter every call — model, input tokens, output tokens, cached tokens — and price it against the provider’s published rate for that model on that date, plus applicable tax. Shown live in your portal, per customer, before the invoice.

Included

A small number of platforms carry their model cost inside the subscription. Where that applies it is stated on the platform, not assumed.

Usage is metered into one prepaid credit wallet per charter. The subscription stays flat whether your customers are quiet or busy, so a heavy month is a heavy month for them too — and you can see the number before you price your service.

Questions charters ask

Before you sign.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Famitek builds, hosts, maintains and monitors the platforms. You focus on your offer, your market and your customer relationships.
What exactly does the monthly subscription cover?
The branded account on the selected platform, infrastructure, product updates, security, monitoring and product-level support, plus the program guidance and sales material. Model usage is separate and passed through at cost. KlaroAgents is priced above the other platforms because it consumes considerably more.
How is money between me and my customers handled?
Your customers pay into your own Stripe account at prices you set, and you keep 100% of it. Famitek takes no share of end-customer revenue. Stripe processing fees, refunds, disputes, taxes and any affiliate costs you introduce stay with you, as set out in the signed agreement.
Can I add or switch platforms later?
Yes, by request. Each active platform is its own subscription. Famitek approves switches and additions so provisioning, billing and customer obligations stay clear.
What happens to my customers if I stop?
New sales stop when notice is recorded. Existing service continues through the paid period, and termination takes effect at the first paid billing boundary at least 30 days later. At that point branded access ends and your customers may continue directly with the main application under the continuity process in the agreement.
Is income or business success guaranteed?
No. Famitek does not guarantee sales, income, profit or customer demand. Charters are independent businesses responsible for their own marketing and sales decisions.
