The homepage covers why a charter beats building, and Products covers what each platform does. This page is the contract side: what you get for the subscription, what stays ours, what the model usage costs, and what happens when you leave.
Prices, terms and setup fees are confirmed by Registry before purchase.
Prices, terms, setup fees and credit allowances are served by the Famitek Registry catalog and confirmed at checkout. Every purchase action opens Registry, which owns entitlements; nothing on famitek.com creates a payment session.
The arrangement
Plain terms, so nothing here arrives as a surprise after you sign.
The division of labour
The technology page breaks the stack into its six layers. This is the short version, in commercial terms.
The application and its roadmap, servers, databases, backups, monitoring, patching and incident response, security, the agent and memory layer, and product-level support for you and your team.
Your company name, logo, domain, content and images, your prices, your Stripe account and your customers. We do the production work on the branding with you rather than handing you a checklist.
Model usage. You either connect your own provider key, or use ours and are billed the provider’s published rate plus tax, with no margin added.
Model costs
Language models are the one cost that scales with how hard your customers use the product. We do not bury it in the subscription and price for the worst case. Three modes, chosen per platform.
Connect your own provider account. The provider bills you at their price. We meter it and show you the running total, and charge you nothing for it.
We meter every call — model, input tokens, output tokens, cached tokens — and price it against the provider’s published rate for that model on that date, plus applicable tax. Shown live in your portal, per customer, before the invoice.
A small number of platforms carry their model cost inside the subscription. Where that applies it is stated on the platform, not assumed.
Usage is metered into one prepaid credit wallet per charter. The subscription stays flat whether your customers are quiet or busy, so a heavy month is a heavy month for them too — and you can see the number before you price your service.
Questions charters ask
Tell us the market you already know. We will tell you which one fits it — or that none of them do, if that is the honest answer.
