1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Famitek provides AI consulting, software development, and product services as described on our website. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work executed between the parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Famitek and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Famitek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.

6. White-Label Program

Famitek licenses its platforms to independent businesses who run them under their own brand. These terms govern that program.

• Your brand, not ours. Before launch you must replace the platform logo, written content and images with your own. Famitek checks this before your site goes live.
• Our names stay off your site. You may not use Famitek, or the name of any Famitek platform, anywhere on your site, in your marketing, or in your business name. Famitek monitors partner sites for this.
• You set your prices. Famitek does not set, suggest, approve or cap what you charge your customers. Your pricing structure is yours alone.
• We do not market your business. Famitek does not advertise, promote, list or sell on behalf of partner sites, and does not send customers to them. Finding and serving your customers is your business.
• What you bring. Your own content, images, logo, company name, Google presence and pricing structure.
• What we provide. The working platform, hosting, infrastructure, model usage, updates and product support.

Nothing in this program creates a franchise, joint venture, partnership or employment relationship between Famitek and a partner. Each partner runs an independent business.
