Technology
Built once.
Run everywhere. Sold under your name.
This page explains what is actually underneath the platforms you can license — in plain language. You will never have to touch any of it. It is here because you should know what you are selling before you sell it.
The stack
Six layers. You own two of them.
Every platform in the catalog is the same shape. The top two layers are yours and are the only ones anyone will ever see. The four below are ours, and stay ours.
- Yours
Your brand, your prices
Your name, your logo, your colors, your domain, and whatever you decide to charge. Your customers see your company and nothing else. There is no Famitek badge in the corner.
- Yours
Your customers and your money
Your customers sign up with you and pay into your own Stripe account. The money lands in your bank, not ours. We never sit between you and your customer.
- Ours
The application
The product itself — the screens, the workflows, the reports, the onboarding. Years of engineering that you get on day one, and that keeps improving without you paying for the improvements.
- Ours
The agent and memory layer
The part that makes it AI rather than software: agents that carry out multi-step work, and a memory layer that lets them remember a customer’s business between sessions instead of starting cold every time.
- Shared
Models and inference
The AI models themselves. You either bring your own provider key and pay them directly, or we meter usage and pass it through at cost. Either way there is no markup from us — see below.
- Ours
Infrastructure, uptime and security
Servers, databases, backups, monitoring, patching, incident response. The unglamorous half of running software, which is also the half that ends most small software businesses.
Capability
What the engineering team actually does
These are the disciplines behind the catalog. You are buying the output of all of them.
Autonomous agents
Self-directing digital workers that run entire business functions inside limits you define — deciding, executing and escalating to a human only when judgment is genuinely needed.
Workforce enablement
Role-based AI training, readiness assessment and proficiency benchmarking, so an organization can measure how AI-capable its people actually are rather than guessing.
Process automation
Manual workflows replaced with AI pipelines built from language, vision and machine-learning components — lower cost per task, and far fewer errors than a tired human on a Friday.
Data science and ML engineering
The full lifecycle: model design, training, validation, deployment and the continuous monitoring that catches a model quietly getting worse months after launch.
Vision and speech
Visual inspection, anomaly detection, recognition, speech-to-text and conversational voice — running at the edge or in the cloud depending on what the job needs.
Enterprise architecture
Secure, scalable AI infrastructure on-premise, in the cloud or hybrid, with the governance and compliance controls large customers ask about before they sign anything.
Model costs
We do not make money on your AI usage
Running AI costs money every time someone uses it — the model provider charges per unit of text processed. Plenty of platforms bury that cost in their subscription and take a cut. We do not. You choose one of three modes per platform.
Bring your own key
You open your own account with the model provider and paste the key into your dashboard. Their bill goes to you at their published rates.[1] We never see the invoice and we never touch it.
Metered through us
You use our keys and we count exactly what your customers consume. You are billed the provider’s published rate for that usage, plus applicable tax — no margin added. Every line is itemized in your dashboard.
Included
A few platforms use so little AI per customer that we absorb it entirely. Where that is the case, the platform’s page says so and there is nothing further to think about.
Why this matters to your pricing
If AI usage is marked up before it reaches you, your margin shrinks every time a customer uses the product more — success costs you money. With cost passed through untouched, you can price your own service knowing exactly what the floor is, and a heavy customer is simply a bigger invoice you pass on.
Reliability
The part you are really buying
It stays up
Monitoring, alerting and on-call cover the platforms around the clock. When something breaks at 3am it is our phone that rings, and your customers usually never find out.
It keeps improving
New features ship to every charter at the same time. You do not pay for a roadmap, negotiate an upgrade, or fall behind because you licensed an old version.
Your data stays yours
Each charter’s customers are isolated from every other charter’s. Your customer list is not visible to us as a sales opportunity, and it is not visible to another charter at all.
None of this is your problem
You will never configure a server, update a dependency, read a log file or be woken up by an outage. If you can run a small business — answer a phone, meet a customer, send an invoice — you can run a Famitek charter. Everything on this page happens whether you read it or not.
